About the Broker & CEO – Ray Warda

Ray Warda is a licensed California Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, Speaker, Investor, Consultant and Coach specializing in Real Estate Clients. Ray has been in the Real Estate industry since 2001 and began his career as a lender and later became CEO of a Real Estate Brokerage and Lending Company. His hard work and determination led him to consistently achieve the top 5% of lenders in the industry.

In 2008, Ray accepted a position as an Asset Manager for a Real Estate Note investment company and later was recruited by a HUD Asset Manager, BLB Resources working in conjunction with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development M&M Contracts. Ray has been responsible for setting up Listing Agent Networks in 16 states, trained thousands of Real Estate industry professionals and speaks across the country at Real Estate industry events.

Currently, Ray is CEO and Broker of Realty Brokers, an Orange County based Real Estate Company and Loan Experts, an Orange County based Mortgage Company. Ray also consults private sector Real Estate Asset Management companies, HUD Asset Managers and Real Estate Agents and Brokers, on different facets of the industry. Ray has a vast knowledge of the REO industry working with companies that manage assets from inception to disposition. Ray has a passion for Entrepreneurship and personal development and has been coached and mentored, both past and present, by a handful of empowering business coaches such as Brian Tracy, Darren Hardy, Bo Eason, Brendon Burchard and celebrity voice coach Roger Love.

His desire is to help entrepreneurs propel their business and income to an extraordinary level by changing the way they think about their business and to implement strategies that create massive results. On a personal note, Ray loves to travel with his family, is a sport enthusiast and enjoys having a great cigar with great company. Ray lives by his motto to Be Extraordinary in all that you do.
